Technical support for third-party products sold by Proxicast (e.g. modems, amplifiers, antennas, etc.) is provided by the original equipment manufacturer. Please contact them directly with your issue.
For equipment purchased from a reseller, systems integrator or OEM
Primary first-level technical support for Proxicast-branded products is provided by your Proxicast reseller,
systems integrator or OEM. They can assist you with setup and configuration of the equipment to meet your specific
application requirements. They are most likely already familiar with your network environment and wireless data needs.
Your reseller will escalate any serious technical issues to us for timely resolution. Please contact your reseller directly
regarding their current technical support policies and offerings.
For issues related to Cellular Operator Products & Services
Please contact your cellular service provider for questions related to equipment purchased directly from them (e.g. USB modems)
and for any issues involving cellular service provisioning, configuration, or billing. Proxicast cannot access your cellular service account
details, even if cellular service was bundled with your Proxicast product. Below are the Customer Service telephone numbers for the major US cellular carriers.
