If you purchased your Proxicast product from a reseller or systems integrator, please contact them
directly for support. They will escalate issues to us as necessary.
Contact the original equipment manufacturer of any non-Proxicast
branded devices (such as PC-Card modems, amplifiers, device servers, etc.).
Contact your cellular service provider for issues regarding
account provisioning, features, service or billing.
